Track My Order

Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. If you have that email, the quickest way to check progress is to follow the link in it.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Tracked UK delivery typically takes 3–12 working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

My tracking has not updated

Tracking information can take up to 5 working days to start showing movement after dispatch, and it sometimes pauses for a few days while a parcel is in transit between carriers. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

I have not received a tracking email

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the name and email address used on the order and we will send it to you.

My order is late

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located we will resend it or refund you in full.

We reply to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
